- Payments may be made via UPI or a booking/payment link. Your booking or order is confirmed once payment is received and we acknowledge it (usually on WhatsApp).
- Prices, fees and availability may change without prior notice, but confirmed orders are honoured at the agreed price.
4. Custom insoles & made-to-order items
Custom insoles and made-to-measure footwear are produced specifically for you based on your measurements, foot impressions, or photos. Please provide accurate information, as items made to your specification are prepared individually for you (see our Refund & Cancellation Policy).
