We deliver custom insoles and footwear across India. Online foot consultations are available to customers anywhere, including overseas, but physical products are currently shipped within India only.
2. Processing & production time
- Ready-made products are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days of order confirmation.
- Custom insoles and made-to-order footwear are crafted to your measurements and typically take 3–7 business days to prepare before dispatch, depending on the design.
If we expect a longer timeline for your specific item, we will let you know in advance.
3. Delivery time
Once dispatched, delivery generally takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and the courier. Remote or non-metro areas may take a little longer.
4. Shipping charges
Any applicable shipping charges are shown or communicated to you before you confirm your order. We may offer free or discounted shipping on certain orders from time to time.
5. Tracking your order
Where tracking is available from our courier partner, we will share the tracking details with you (usually on WhatsApp) after dispatch.
6. Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as courier disruptions, weather, strikes, or other force-majeure events. We will do our best to keep you informed and resolve any issues.
7. Incorrect address or failed delivery
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and a reachable phone number. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or repeated unavailability, re-delivery may incur an additional charge.
