This policy explains cancellations, refunds and replacements for consultations and products provided by Medilife — Samudra Footwear, operating as Comfort for Feet. We want you to be comfortable and satisfied — please read the terms that apply to your purchase.
1. Online consultations
- Reschedule: You may reschedule a booked consultation free of charge if you contact us at least 12 hours before the appointment.
- Cancellation & refund: Cancel at least 12 hours before your appointment for a full refund of the consultation fee.
- Late cancellation / no-show: Cancellations within 12 hours of the appointment, or missed appointments, are non-refundable.
- If we are unable to conduct your consultation at the scheduled time, you may choose a free reschedule or a full refund.
2. Custom insoles & made-to-order footwear
Custom insoles and made-to-measure footwear are produced specifically for you. Because of this:
- You may cancel and receive a full refund before production begins.
- Once production has started, these items are generally non-refundable, as they cannot be resold.
- If the item arrives defective or does not match the agreed specification or fitting, we will remake, repair or replace it at no extra cost — see "Defective or incorrect items" below.
3. Ready-made / stock products
- Unused ready-made footwear in its original condition and packaging may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
- For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn outdoors or show signs of use may not be eligible, except where defective.
4. Defective or incorrect items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. After we verify the issue, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
5. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method (for example, the UPI account used). Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval, though the time for the amount to appear may depend on your bank or payment provider.
6. How to request a cancellation or refund
