How to photograph your feet
Just three photos let us assess your feet accurately from anywhere. Stand naturally with your weight on both feet, on a plain floor, in good light — then send them on WhatsApp.

Side view — your arch
Camera at floor level, side-on to one foot. This shows your arch height — how we identify flat feet and fallen arches.

From behind — your heels
Both feet from the back, ankles visible. This shows how your heels and ankles align — the key to spotting over-pronation.

From the front — your toes
A low, front-on view of both feet. This shows toe shape, foot width, bunions and where pressure builds up.
For the clearest photos
- Bare feet, standing with weight on both feet
- Roll trousers up so your ankles are visible
- Keep the camera low, near floor level
- Plain floor and bright light, avoid shadows
- Send all three angles for both feet
